检查xp的版本，office2010支持的系统必须是以下的一种：

Windows XP Service Pack (SP) 3（32 位）、Windows Vista SP1（32 位或 64 位）、Windows Server 2003 SP2（32 位或 64 位）、MSXML 6.0（仅限 32 位 Office）、Windows Server 2008 或更高版本（32 位或 64 位）、Windows 7（32 位或 64 位）。

终端服务器和 Windows on Windows (WOW)（支持在 64 位操作系统（不包括 Windows XP 64）上安装 32 位版本的 Office 2010）均受支持。
